    Born in Akita Prefecture in 1977
    After graduating from university, he joined a major communications equipment company, but he decided to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a chef.
    In 2008, he joined Konaya Co., Ltd. and entered the world of cooking, learning French cuisine from the basics.
    He will hone his culinary skills at the group's restaurants and open the Sadoya Restaurant Real D'or in 2023.
    He was appointed head chef and sous chef of Sadoya Chateau de Provence.
    Using French techniques, he respects the bounty of nature and brings out the best in the ingredients.
    Cooking is my motto.
